User Engagement Metrics

User engagement is at the heart of the PriceFx Knowledge Base's success. Over the last 365 days, the average active user spent about 5 minutes and 55 seconds on our platform.

In total, we recorded 820,000 events, including page views, user interactions, and event triggers. Among these, page views stood out as the most frequent event, showing a strong interest in exploring our resources.

The most popular content this year: configuration engineer pages, training and course scheduling, closely followed by our new business user learning paths.

With an average engagement time of almost six minutes, it’s clear that users aren’t just passing through—they’re taking the time to really explore and interact with the content. The high number of events, especially page views, shows that visitors are actively navigating between resources, which speaks to how well-organized and valuable the content is.

Our goal for 2025 is to keep building high-quality, connected content that keeps users clicking, exploring, and coming back for more.

User Retention Insights

Retention is all about keeping users coming back, and our analytics paint a positive picture. We achieved a 63.7% retention rate for new users acquired via organic search. This means that a significant portion of visitors found our content valuable enough to return for more. It’s a strong indicator that our resources are hitting the mark and meeting user needs.

This year, we continue to optimize content for search engines while focusing on providing actionable insights, relevant content, and easy navigation to sustain these retention rates.

New User Acquisition

Over the past year, the PriceFx Knowledge Base welcomed 34,000 new users. The majority of new users (over 60%) come from organic search, emphasizing the success of SEO strategies. Direct traffic (11,000 users) and referrals (1,600 users) also contribute, but to a lesser extent. Maintaining and refining SEO efforts to ensure continued visibility in search results is paramount. Additionally, we aim in 2025 to explore opportunities to grow referral traffic through partnerships or content-sharing initiatives.

Audience Breakdown

Just like in 2023, the battle for number 1 is between USA and India with India winning the title in 2024. Here is a breakdown of the top countries who visited our knowledge base. Europe is represented by Germany with nearly an 85% increase.
