  1. Create a new chart by selecting a Data Source and applying filters on the left side of the window. You can also load an existing chart using the Load Chart icon at the top.

  1. Assign a title/label to your chart using the Options tab, once you created or loaded your chart and adjusted the filters/criteria on the left side . This will help you easily identify it in your Dashboard later.

  2. Provide a Title/Subtitle in the required fields to identify your chart.

  3. Click on the Apply and Refresh blue icon at the bottom-left corner of the window.

  1. Click on the Save Chart icon at the top-right corner to save your changes once you have identified your chart.

  1. Assign a Name to your chart.

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select permissions for the chart. Choose who can view the chart by setting it wither to Private or Public.

  3. Finally, click on the blue Save Chart icon at the bottom right corner.

  1. Click on the three-dots icon at the top-right corner of the window and select the Add to Dashboard option.

  1. Using the dropdown icon, select your new Dashboard.

  2. Provide a name/title for your chart in the Label field.

  3. Choose to include or remove any existing/default filters for your chart within the Dashboard by selecting the check boxes.

  4. Click on the Submit icon at the bottom to complete the process.

Tip

The system will display a confirmation message indicating that your chart has been successfully added to the selected Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the main menu and choose your new Dashboard from the available options.

Now you can see your chart inside your new Dashboard. Here you can keep adding more charts, reorganize them the way you need it and have all of them in the same Dashboard for easy and faster display.
