On the initial starting page for Strategy Designer:

We are on the Design step and on the Strategies tab, then we can view each of the saved pricing strategies (ie. Cost+ Absolute, Custom, etc).
Then, we can load any of these strategies by clicking on it, then it is loaded in the visual view:
