A new type of Watcher was introduced in the Clover Club release and with the introduces a new version of the Actionable Insights Accelerator Package. This can be found and deployed from the Marketplace. To learn more about how to deploy the package and all the permissions needed to do so, check out the documentation here.
Upgrades in Clover Club
With the new release, along the data sources aiming at an analytical perspective like Datamarts or Rollups, Dashboards have been added as sources of data for Watchers. This means that now, you can watch specific information from Customer Insights or Sales Insights directly from the respective dashboards.

To show how this looks in Pricefx, we used Customer Insights – Global View Dashboard. This displays data about the customers, their health score which is important for Customer Insights. All these numerical values can be watched now by Watchers and they can use them to trigger alerts or show notifications and create actions for users.
