Server and Hardware

The hardware Hardware resources such as (CPU, disk space etc.) are actively being monitored by Pricefx Support team. Nothing There is nothing to be configured by the Solution team. Whenever there is a hardware resource issue, it is addressed transparently. The CEs or customers do not have access to the monitoring tools used by Support.

Monitoring of all Server and Datacentre Data Center infrastructure is managed by our hosting partners, Pricefx is informed about outages and service degradation​.

The DB is generating database generates a lot of performance metrics that can be viewed in real-time by PFX support Pricefx Support and engineering Engineering teams. Log history is kept for 50 days​.

The health status Health of the PFX Pricefx application is monitored by frequent login attempts, both from internal and external applicataionsapplications, resulting in uptime reports​.

Monitoring of Integration Manager Instances IntegrationManager instances is done in Platform Manager toolPricefx PlatformManager.

Integration Manager Instances IM instances are actively being monitored by Pricefx Integration Team.

Alerts are generated if data exchange is not succesful successful or the imprortedata import data is in different format than expected.

Custom Dashboards

If none of the strategies mentioned earlier cannot be usedabove strategies works for you, you can cosnider consider Pricefx reporting capabiitiescapabilities. In Price Analyzerthe Analytics module, you can create a datasource Data Source holding the metric you want to monitoormonitor. You can then create a custom dashboard displaying the metrics (e.g. in a chart). You can also consider creating a Calculation Flow that regularly checks the data source Data Source with the metric and send sends an email to addresses defined in some PP Tablea Company Parameters table.
