Some of our screens may look different as for the purposes of this tutorial we are in a demo environment. This should not deter you from understanding how the system works.
Calculations and results
In the Calculations tab you will be able to compare previous compensation against current ones.

You can also get a visual representation of the compensation comparison via a bar chart that will display upon clicking the Show button. You can close this screen by clicking the light grey ✖️ in the top-right corner, or OK in the bottom-right.

If you go back and click on the condition are in Items by clicking the checkbox (1), the system will display the calculation details for the selected item. Using the vertical bar, you can scroll down to the end of the Calculation section, and see the details of the selected compensation type (2).
