Upgrade cluster case type is used for requesting to request an upgrade of you your Pricefx Application to a higher available release.
Note that there will be down-time during the upgrade process. The duration depends on several factors, but mainly on the number of releases between Your your current release version and the requested one.
Therefore, there is a need for a maintenance window, which You you can suggest by using the start time / end time inputs. The requested window is a subject to available resources. When You you request an upgrade of Your your Production environment, You you automatically also confirm that You you have successfully completed QA testing and no business impacting affecting defects exists.
Generally, please Please count with a 5 business day lead-time due to order backlog. Alternatively, visit the Upgrades upgrades section in Platform Manager and book from available timeslots time slots listed there.
