You can define at the partition level (for all users of the partition) the list of portlets that will be displayed on the Home page.

All selected portlets will not be shown on the Home page.

Do not forget to click the Save Changes button before you quit the page.

Note:

  • Portlets where you have no access are not shown.

  • Portlets My ToDo List and My Pending Approvals are shown only if they are populated with some content but you can configure them to be always displayed. However, settings made here in the Home Page section have priority over these advanced configuration options.
